PROGRES.ID – CJ ENM has announced its Visionaries for 2024. CJ ENM is a South Korean mass media and entertainment company under the CJ Group, established in 2011.
On January 3rd, CJ ENM announced their pioneer figures bringing new visions to the entertainment world, showcasing their authenticity.
The selected Visionaries for 2024 are writer Kang Full, director Kim Yong Hoon, Ryu Seung Ryong, Monika, Song Hye Kyo, Stray Kids, and Uhm Jung Hwa.

Song Hye Kyo and director Kim Yong Hoon were selected as figures inspiring creators and the industry through their portrayal of realistic fantasies.
Song Hye Kyo was praised for her extraordinary acting transformation in “The Glory,” while Kim Yong Hoon, as the director of “Mask Girl,” tackled challenging social issues.
This director shook the industry with a novel perspective, tasteful direction, and depicting multi-faceted human nature by casting three individuals for one role.
Uhm Jung Hwa and Stray Kids were chosen as standout artists reinterpreting unique perspectives in line with the present time.
Uhm Jung Hwa garnered significant attention through her performance in the hit drama “Doctor Cha” and the variety show “Dancing Queens on the Road.”
By producing their own songs and with their unique musical style, Stray Kids debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with four consecutive albums.
Writers Kang Full, Ryu Seung Ryong, and Monika are individuals broadening their audience reach through their “freshness.”
