PROGRES.ID – Indonesian girl group Secret Number member, Dita Karang, is set to appear as a guest on the popular South Korean variety show, “Knowing Brothers.”
“Knowing Brothers” is one of South Korea’s most popular variety shows with the largest viewership, airing every Saturday night on JTBC since 2015.
K-Pop fans always hope that their idols will be invited as guests on the show because it provides an opportunity for them to introduce themselves and their groups to the South Korean public.
In the episode that aired on October 14, 2023, “Knowing Brothers” previewed an upcoming episode with more guests than usual.
These guests included K-Pop group members from various countries, including Dita from Secret Number (Indonesia), Zhang Hao from ZeroBaseOne (China), Seok Matthew from ZeroBaseOne (Canada), Tsuki Billie from Japan, Eddie from n.SSign (United States), Fatou from BLACKSWAN (Belgium), and Natty from KISS OF LIFE (Thailand).
As it turns out, the upcoming episode of “Knowing Brothers” will focus on a project to improve the Korean language skills of global idols and will air on October 21, 2023. In the preview, the guests introduced themselves in their respective languages.
Dita was seen introducing herself in Indonesian, which was warmly received by the regular members of “Knowing Brothers.”
In this episode, besides introducing themselves in their own languages, the idols will also compete in a global dance competition. Dita chose to perform a Balinese dance as part of Indonesia’s culture in this dance competition.
