PROGRES.ID – The Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) and Dyandra&Co, acting as the promoter and co-promoter of MotoGP Mandalika 2023, have prepared facilities for ticket exchange in Jakarta and Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). For those who have purchased MotoGP tickets, the ticket exchange process is now available.
As reported by IDN Times, Daswar Marpaung, the President Director of Dyandra&Co, stated in his announcement that ticket exchange can be carried out in both of these locations. This effort aims to ensure the convenience of prospective spectators by providing an easy and fast ticket exchange process, eliminating the need to endure long queues. The organizers have set up multiple locations with ample time to allow spectators to choose the most convenient ticket exchange place according to their time and accessibility preferences.
1.MotoGP Ticket Exchange Locations in Lombok
Daswar emphasized their commitment to providing convenience in the ticket exchange process for prospective spectators. For tickets in the Grandstand Premium, Grandstand Regular, and Festival categories, ticket exchange can be done at three different locations. These three locations are:
- The BLKLN NTB office or the former embarkation site near Lombok International Airport.
- The former Selaparang Airport area in Mataram City.
- GOR Tripat Gerung in West Lombok.
The ticket exchange process will commence from October 11 and run until October 15, 2023, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM WITA.
2.Ticket Exchange for Premiere and Deluxe Class Categories at Lombok International Airport
For tickets in the Premiere Class and Deluxe Class categories, ticket exchange will take place at Lombok International Airport, specifically in the parking area of Al-Faradis Mosque, from October 12 to October 15, 2023, between 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM WITA.
3.Ticket Exchange Locations in Jakarta
For spectators in Jakarta, the ticket exchange process will occur at Sarinah. The ticket exchange facility at Sarinah Jakarta accommodates tickets in various categories, including Premiere Class, Deluxe Class, Grandstand Premium, Grandstand Regular, and Festival. The ticket exchange process at Sarinah Jakarta commenced on October 5 and concluded on October 8 last week.
Daswar explained that spectators should bring their e-tickets and present them to the staff. The e-tickets will be validated by the staff through the system, and subsequently, wristband pickup data will be entered. Afterward, spectators will promptly receive wristbands, which serve as entry passes to the event area.
For MotoGP enthusiasts who have not yet acquired tickets, the organizers are still operating ticket boxes until October 14, 2023, at multiple locations in Lombok. There are 13 ticket purchase points available, including Natura Cafe & Resto, Kava Kopi, Nangkring 1.0, Acibara, Rota Kopi, Melati Resort, Pratama Tours, Jelly Potter Caffe, Ketemu Cafe, Astindo NTB, Epicentrum Mall, Kinta Cafe, and Happy Cafe.
