As the strongest superhero team on Earth, the Avengers are one of the most important elements in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Avengers MCU was first introduced in the film The Avengers (2012), since then their story has continued to develop in subsequent Avengers films, such as Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Avengers: Infinity Wars (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019). and even their internal feud is recounted in Captain America’s third solo film, Captain America: Civil War (2016).  Apowersoft Watermark Remover Crack

While the Avengers mythology is ingrained in the MCU, it turns out that Disney and Marvel Studios do not fully hold the rights to all of the Avengers characters in it, including Iron Man, Thor, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, and many more. Currently, some of the rights to the Avengers characters are held by the heirs of the character creators in the comics, including Stan Lee, Steve Ditko, as well as several other genius writers and illustrators at Marvel Comics.  Apowersoft Watermark Remover Crack

Recently, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the Marvel division of Disney has filed a lawsuit to take over the full rights to the Avengers characters. The content of the lawsuit contains a statement that the rights to the Avenger characters cannot be terminated because these characters were created as works that can be “rented”. The lawsuit was filed against the wishes of the heirs of the creators of the Avengers who wanted to stop Disney’s rights to the Avengers characters.

For example, as Steve Ditko’s heir representative did last August, where they filed a notice to terminate the rights to the Spider-Man character. Under the law, the heirs of the creator can reclaim the rights that have been given to the publisher after the stipulated period has expired. And Marvel must give up the rights to the Spider-Man character in June 2023.

If Disney’s Marvel division loses its lawsuit, then Disney must be willing to share ownership of the trillion-dollar character. Hopefully, this problem can be resolved properly, without anyone feeling aggrieved by both parties. And the most important thing is that hopefully, this issue doesn’t affect the future of the Avengers characters, because if the rights of the Avengers are terminated, the worst thing is that fans will not see their favorite characters in the MCU in the future.
